The Giovenzana MFI is a snap-action microswitch with a pin-plunger actuator (no lever) and 1 NC + 1 NO contacts, part of Giovenzana’s MFI lift-technology microswitch range. It is designed for lift and elevator door devices and conforms to EN 81-20 and EN 81-50.

Connection is via 6.3 0.8 mm faston terminals. The switch carries a rated thermal current (Ith) of 8 A and a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 250 V, with a rated operating current of 8 A at 250 V on resistive loads and 3 A at 250 V on inductive loads. It provides class II protection against electric shock and is rated for pollution degree 2.

The MFI is built for long service, with a minimum mechanical life of 1,000,000 cycles and an electrical life of 500,000 cycles across an operating temperature range of 25 C to +85 C. It complies with IEC/EN 61058 and UL 1054, and carries CE, UL, CCC and UKCA marking.
