The SN74LS08N is a quad 2-input AND gate IC built with Low Power Schottky (LS) TTL technology, offering high-speed operation with reliable logic-level performance. Each of the four independent gates performs the Boolean logic function Y = A B in positive logic. With TTL-compatible inputs and outputs, and a high output current capability of 16 mA, this IC is ideal for driving multiple logic inputs or LED indicators. The 14-pin PDIP (Plastic Dual In-Line Package) makes it easy to use in breadboards, through-hole PCBs, and prototyping environments. The SN74LS08N is well-suited for industrial control, digital computing, embedded systems, and other combinational logic designs. These devices include four separate 2-input AND gates. The SN5408, SN54LS08, and SN54S08 are designed to operate in the entire military temperature range of -55C to 125C. The SN7408, SN74LS08, and SN74S08 are designed to operate from 0 to 70C.
