The STM32L051x6/8 microcontrollers from STMicroelectronics are part of the access line ultra-low-power series, featuring a high-performance Arm Cortex-M0+ 32-bit RISC core operating at a frequency of 32 MHz. These microcontrollers also come with a memory protection unit (MPU) and high-speed embedded memories, including 64 Kbytes of Flash program memory, 2 Kbytes of data EEPROM, and 8 Kbytes of RAM, along with a comprehensive set of enhanced I/Os and peripherals.
Designed for high power efficiency, the STM32L051x6/8 devices offer a wide range of internal and external clock sources, internal voltage adaptation, and multiple low-power modes to optimize energy consumption.
