The 24LC256T-I/SN is a high-performance 256Kbit (32Kx8) Serial EEPROM memory IC from Microchip Technology Inc., designed for low-power and high-reliability applications. This IC-compatible EEPROM supports both Standard (100 kHz) and Fast (400 kHz) modes, offering seamless integration into modern microcontroller-based systems.
