    • The 74HC541 (74HCT541) is an octal non-inverting buffer/line driver with three-state outputs. The gadget includes two output enables (OE1 and OE2). A HIGH on OEn switches the outputs to a high-impedance OFF state. Inputs contain clamp diodes, which allow current limiting resistors to be used to connect inputs to voltages higher than VCC.
