Air Filter For BD-04 and BD-07 Series Micro Pumps With White Polymer Filter Element For Cleaner Intake Air And Stable Airflow
The BD-AF01 is an air filter made for BD-04 and BD-07 series micro pumps. It captures airborne particles before they enter the pump, which helps protect internal components and keeps airflow stable. The white polymer filter element sits inside a modified PP housing, giving a light and compact inline protection stage for the pump.
The filter measures 60 x dia. 28.5 mm and weighs approx. 5.4 g, so it adds very little bulk to the system. It works with ID 5 mm x OD 8 mm PU tubing and ID 5 mm x OD 10 mm silicone tubing. Service life is typically more than 3 months, depending on the operating environment and contamination level. Regular inspection and timely replacement help prevent blockage and extend pump service life.
