The AP62301WU-7 from Diodes Incorporated is a 3A synchronous buck converter designed for compact, high-efficiency DC-DC conversion in consumer, industrial, and communication systems. Operating from a 2.3V to 18V input range, it delivers a fixed 3.3V output with up to 95% efficiency, making it ideal for 5V, 9V, and 12V supply rails.
Featuring a 1.5MHz switching frequency, the AP62301 enables smaller inductors and capacitors while maintaining excellent load transient performance.
