The Circutor SEC96 200/5A Scale (code M102XF) is an exchangeable replacement scale for the EC96 moving iron panel ammeter. It is a printed dial face plate calibrated for a 200/5 A measurement range, allowing the ammeter to display primary currents up to 200 A when paired with a current transformer having a 5 A secondary. The scale is sized for the 96 x 96 mm panel format and measures 84 x 84 x 1 mm.

Technical specifications:

• Model: SEC96 200/5A Scale
• Circutor code: M102XF
• EAN: 8433059002060
• Measurement range: 200/5 A
• Full scale: 200/5 A
• Compatible device: EC96 moving iron ammeter
• Panel format (modules): 96 x 96 mm
• Scale dimensions: 84 x 84 x 1 mm
• Weight: 0.01 kg

Features and benefits:

• Exchangeable design allows the current range of an EC96 ammeter to be changed without replacing the complete instrument
• 200/5 A calibration suits installations using 5 A secondary current transformers monitoring primary circuits up to 200 A
• Thin 1 mm profile at 84 x 84 mm fits directly into the standard 96 x 96 mm EC96 panel housing
• Very low weight of 0.01 kg simplifies handling and on-site scale swapping

Applications:

• Replacing a damaged or worn dial scale on an EC96 moving iron panel ammeter
• Reconfiguring an existing EC96 ammeter when the current transformer ratio changes to 200/5 A
• Commissioning switchboards and distribution panels that monitor 200 A AC circuits via 5 A CT secondary
• Industrial control cabinets fitted with 96 x 96 mm panel instruments requiring a 200 A range display
