The Circutor SEC72 1500/5 A (code M102YR) is an exchangeable replacement scale for the EC72 series moving iron ammeter. Calibrated for a 1500/5 A current transformer ratio and sized for a 72 x 72 mm panel format, it allows the ammeter display face to be refreshed or updated without replacing the complete instrument.

Technical specifications:

• Model: SEC72 1500/5 A
• Circutor code: M102YR
• EAN: 8433059003036
• Measurement range: 1500/5 A
• Full scale: 1500/5 A
• Compatible device: EC72
• Panel format (modules): 72 x 72 mm
• Scale dimensions: 60 x 60 x 1 mm
• Weight: 0.004 kg

Features and benefits:

• Exchangeable design means only the scale face needs to be replaced, lowering maintenance cost compared to swapping out the entire EC72 ammeter unit.
• Calibrated for a 1500/5 A CT secondary, making it suitable for monitoring high primary currents in medium and large distribution installations.
• Precision fit for the EC72 moving iron ammeter in a 72 x 72 mm panel cutout, requiring no adaptation or modification.
• Compact 60 x 60 x 1 mm profile and 4 g weight make handling and installation quick and straightforward.
• Part of the SEC72 scale range spanning 5/5 A to 5000/5 A, so stocking spares or switching to a different CT ratio in the same instrument is simple.

Applications:

• Replacing a worn, damaged, or faded scale on an EC72 moving iron ammeter fitted in an electrical distribution panel.
• Reconfiguring an EC72 ammeter to display a 1500/5 A current transformer circuit without purchasing a new instrument.
• Maintenance and spare-parts stock for industrial switchgear, motor control centres, or control panels equipped with EC72 ammeters.
• Original Circutor spare part for EC72 series installations requiring 1500 A primary current measurement via a 5 A CT secondary.
