The Circutor SEC72 FA 1000/5A (code M105YP) is an exchangeable replacement scale for the EC72 FA moving iron ammeter. Designed for 72 x 72 mm panel-mount instruments, it carries a 1000/5 A full-scale graduation for use with a matching current transformer secondary. The scale plate measures 60 x 60 x 1 mm and weighs 0.004 kg, fitting directly into the EC72 FA housing.

Technical specifications:

• Model: SEC72 FA 1000/5A
• Circutor code: M105YP
• EAN: 8433059004972
• Full scale: 1000/5 A
• Compatible device: EC72 FA
• Panel module format: 72 x 72 mm
• Scale plate dimensions: 60 x 60 x 1 mm
• Weight: 0.004 kg

Features and benefits:

• Exchangeable scale design allows the measurement range to be changed without replacing the complete EC72 FA ammeter instrument.
• 1000/5 A full-scale graduation covers high-current CT-fed circuits, making it suitable for demanding industrial panel installations.
• Ultra-thin 1 mm profile at 60 x 60 mm seats flush within the EC72 FA housing without adding depth to the panel assembly.
• Very low weight of 0.004 kg imposes no mechanical load on the instrument movement during scale replacement.
• Part of the SEC-FA exchangeable scale range, which spans from 50/5 A to 5000/5 A across both 72 x 72 mm and 96 x 96 mm formats, simplifying spares holding.

Applications:

• Replacing a worn, damaged, or incorrectly graduated scale on an installed EC72 FA ammeter in LV switchgear or distribution boards.
• Re-ranging an existing EC72 FA instrument to match a 1000/5 A current transformer after a site modification or CT change.
• Panel instrumentation projects requiring 72 x 72 mm format current indication in motor control centres or industrial control panels.
• Maintenance and service situations where only the scale needs to be renewed to restore accurate current readability.
