The SGM8631 (single), SGM8632 (dual) and SGM8633 (single with shutdown) are low noise, low voltage, and low power operational amplifiers that can be designed into a wide range of applications. The SGM8631/2/3 have a high gain-bandwidth product of 6MHz and a slew rate of 3.7V/s. The SGM8633 has a power-down disable feature that reduces the supply current to less than 1A.
